Sam has been building tech teams in Sydney for over eight years, and he’s known for his in-depth expertise in the tech market. His focus is software engineers and he’s also recently expanded into leadership positions such as Tech leads and ‘Heads of’ roles.

Sam loves working alongside founders and tech managers. It's important to him that he develops a meaningful relationship with his clients and understands the core values of their business and the team they’re building. He believes this is what helps him find people who will be committed to the business’ vision.

If he’s not building tech teams, Sam is spending time with his young family. You might also catch him squeezing a surf in on the weekends.
